devolution begins when a person knows beforehand what the consequences of murder will be

 ignorance of the law of reality comes into existence after a person is familiar with the law of reality and chooses not to accept the law of reality

mercifully when a devolving being dies before 1996 they don’t realize that they are devolving

and all the way down the devolutionary chute they will believe that they are the top dog

chilling and frightening stuff

but don’t feel sorry for them

they chose it
